Heard favorable comments about Boulevard Tire so I stopped in at the Port Orange store. Wanted to replace the existing tires with tires of a slightly larger size. Having a proper size tire in stock, but from a different manufacturer, Brett & his staff took an existing front tire off the car, & mounted the new size tire on the wheel, & reinstalled on the car to verify proper clearances. Clearances were not a concern, the original tire was reinstalled, & four new tires were ordered. Brett called within a week as the new tires were in, & the process of tire removal, new tire balancing & installation, completing the paperwork, I was on my way in one hour. This was my first visit, but they have earned my repeat business & recommendations to friends.

My recent experience on August 24th was excellent as both Mark and Amy are very knowledgeable and helpful to the service of my vehicle. I plan to continue spread the good word and encourage customers to consult with Mark as he is a great resource to have in Lake County.

I recently needed 2 new front tires for my car. I didn't realize the tire size was unusal and had to be ordered. I called 4 different places looking for tires and proper customer service. Last place I called was Boulevard Tires. Their prices were very reasonable, they ordered my tires and their customer service was outstanding. I will be back for sure. Thanks Kenny and Brett.

On the afternoon of July 7, we had a flat on I-75 in a rented RV. Rolando came to our rescue. Rolando was prompt, professional and experienced. Despite the 97 degrees, he worked diligently and quickly, with sweat pouring off of his body. He explained the process to me; he made temporary repairs to damaged parts of the coach so that we could continue on our journey. I hope that anyone that has such an experience is fortunate enough to have a service person such as Rolando. If you have awards; Rolando is my vote for Service Person of the Year! I hope that you treat him well, pay him richly, and keep him very happy so he will stay with you to help many more people in distress. Many blessings to Rolando, his family, and your company

Happy short story. Went to Boulevard Tire downtown today because my car alerted me that my back tire was low (28 PSI), having this same exact thing happen last week on the same tire I was none to thrilled to have to sit at another tire place (with a 1 year old) and shell over more repair money. They patched up my tire in less than hour and did not charge me a thing. Breathe of fresh air in my day, heck my week. Thank you Jon from BT for being kind and professional. I'll be back for my next set of tires 😊.
