This was my first visit to Boulevard Tire Center and I am going to make this my place to go when my Jeep needs any work done. When I entered early that morning I was greeted with a friendly hello, good eye contact and a smile. After Brett got all my information he offered me coffee, the smoking area was pointed out (if I smoked) and where the restrooms were. Brett took care of me when I needed two tires and gave me fantastic service and the waiting time was very minimal. I am very, very satisfied with Boulevard Tire Center, Brett and the Technicians that provided my service, Boulevard Tire Center will be recommended to people I know and this is the only place that will get my business anymore! Thank you Brett and the fantastic Technicians!

The staff here is always so friendly and willing to help. I never feel like I'm going to be taken advantage of and their prices are very reasonable. The only people I trust with my vehicle.

My wife and I are on our first vacation in over 16 months due to health issues we are pulling a 32 foot travel trailer. We arrived at Salt Springs on Friday, 4/22/16, evening just ahead of a severe thunderstorm, we managed to get setup just as it hit and shortly there after the tire monitor, we brought it in to charge the battery, alerted we were loosing pressure in the right front tire. I called Good Sam's Roadside Service, the truck arrived in about 90 minutes and put the spare on but they do not do roadside repair. I spent time Saturday and Sunday looking for a tire service to repair the flat. We were 30 to 40 miles from anywhere, on Monday the 25th we packed up heading to DeLand, Walmart was the first place with tire service, they could repair the tire but could not put it back on the trailer. Fortunately they sent us to Boulevard Tire Center, I pulled in and walked inside the service center and explained our situation. The service manager assured me they could take care of our problem but let me know up front it would be a little delay as a number of his crew was at lunch. He had me move the trailer closer to a service bay and by the time I did that one of service techs. was there to find out exactly what was needed. I explained what we needed and explained what was needed to jack the trailer. After removing the tire it was determined it could not be safely repaired. They switched the tires on the wheels, to get the regular wheel back on the trailer, balanced both, inflated with nitrogen, remounted both on the trailer. We were ready to travel in really a minimum of time. During all of this everyone was extremely courteous, patient, explained to my satisfaction why the tire was not safely repairable and the cost was far less than I expected. Northwest Florida, Pensacola, does not have Boulevard Tire Centers, if we did I would use them, since we travel a great deal in central and southern Florida I am carrying their business cards and should the need raise I will definitely visit them and I highly recommend you do the same. While traveling to see my daughter play in her college softball conference tournament I had a blowout in our motorhome. After pulling into the shop just after opening the salesman and I walked out to the RV to checkout the damage. Realizing several of the tires were suffering from dry rot from sitting so long it was quickly determined I would need tires all the way around just to be safe. With us on a time crunch to get to my daughter's games this group of guys quickly jumped into action and with a great deal 6 new tires were put on the RV and we were back on the road in less than 2 hours. Thanks a lot gentleman a job well done by an A+ Staff!
