Brought my truck in for a nail in the tire, no big deal right? At my age I know a bad tire from a good tire that just needs a plug. And with the price of tires today you plug a good tire. The people here are bent at on making you buy new tires at a premium price. I'm not stupid and you shouldn't either. Don't do any business here.

I called to get some tire quotes. I spoke with Mark..apparently he’s the store manager. He was very rude with me and refused to give me any quotes. Apparently his service manager was out to lunch and demanded I call back later if I really needed quotes. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service I received.

I will start out by saying I have had great service in the past. I went in to purchase new tires. I wanted a specific brand and had them look up the tire. It was $30 more from them than I found online. I asked if they would work on the price a little. I told them I found them online. I was told to just go buy them online. Point of the story, you lost a complete tire and mounting and the rest of the sale over about $60. I was willing to meet you 1/2 way to give a local business some more business. I will not go back to have the tires that I have now purchased online to be mounted and balanced. Just seems a little crazy to me to have employees loose business over something so small.

I watched one of drivers act like a complete jerk on the road today. I followed one of your drivers on Pershing Ave at 5:00 PM on 4/9. He was speeding and tailgating. He was swerving left and right crossing over lines on each side. He did this for awhile. The license plate # was GIE823.
