I worked with Tyler and Troy at the Port Orange location. I have 1997 Dodge Ram Van 3500. Tyler suggested 2 Michelin LTX for the front of my van to replace 2 older tires. When I started driving the van I did not like the "feel" (a subjective term). A week or so later I talked to Tyler. He said bring it in, take a ride with Troy and see if he has some suggestion for improvement, and if we can't get it the way you like it we can put you in another Michelin product. During the ride with Troy he observed and listened. Then he said there were a few things they could try. After they finished the ride and feel of my van are fantastic. And they were pleasant the entire process. I will do business there again. Thank you.

I have been a tire service customer of the Port Orange store for several years. When I realized that I needed a set of 4 new tires for my 2008 Lexus RX350, Boulevard Tire in Port Orange was the first call I made. I called AK Tires in Palm Coast and Discount Tire for comparison and discovered that Boulevard was by far the most expensive. My preference being to do business with Boulevard, I stopped in to talk with Brett Walters. Brett was a total gentleman, a true tire professional. He explained the enormous size difference between Boulevard and Discount Tire resulting in Discount having the edge in buying power. We talked about a new set of Michelin Premier A/S tires and Brett explained in detail how Boulevard prices are determined. The classiest thing he did before I left the store, however, was to go to the Discount Tire website and print off their quote for a comparable competing tire. The bottom line is because of Brett's honest approach I came back and bought the Michelins knowing that I was paying a 20-25% premium price for the privilege of doing business with a company I trusted.

They were fast and efficient traveling back to wi. I had a blowout and they seemed busy on a sat. But did me quick and checked brakes and did a rotation .
