I have know Tony Colon, your store manager, for over 20 years, having met him at another company's store. Since then, I have followed him around having all 4 of my cars serviced ONLY by HIM! I live over 1 1/2 hours (60 miles) from the Lady Lake Store and still have ALL of my service concerns and work done by Tony and his staff; Marco is excellent and deserves special mention, as well. I will never let anyone else touch my cars as I keep a written history of all the work done. Tony knows my cars like a physician should know his patients. The service received is ALWAYS correct; they can diagnose problems that would definitely evade others. I never even ask for the cost before the work is done as I know it will be a fair and honest price and the work will be done to excellent standards. I highly recommend this facility overseen and managed by the BEST STORE MANAGER on the planet. There is NO ONE BETTER! Star rating 5+++++++
my wife and i just recently had tires ,upper and lower ball joints,alignment o.l.f and wipers put on our car. we have never been so pleased with the work that was done the staff there was so nice to both of us one name stood out above the others and that is Brett Walters was so congenial about everything and super nice to myself and my wife we are so grateful to have been treated so good we will be going back if we need anything else for our car,and am definitevly recommending them to all our friends and family again-thank-you so much and the car drives great
